From Rendering to Reality

Just showing the process of a drawing, concept to the finished creation. I started this design back in 1995. I finally got it on a body and shot 15 years later. I'm extremely happy with the outcome and can't wait to see what Mary RC comes up with for a background. Thanks go to both amber Nichole and Robert for making this particular design come full circle. This Dress has travelled quite a bit to get here. I remember hand sewing the jet beads to the lace in a balcony of an old theater in Maine. It was dark. I was sitting next to a good friend, Gaylord, whild she knitted. She still tells me to this day when she pulls ut that shawl she still looks for a discarded thread from this costume in her shawl.

Photo Shoot "Behind the scenes"

Our Make up artist/Web designer Mary Rockwood-Crabtree, , is editing the photo's and preparing them to go up on the site. We have added a Theater Line, a Vintage Line as well as a 17th and 18th Century Line. I will post a couple of the un-edited photo's as a teaser for now.
